This floating spice ball and cup is used to infuse liquids with herbs and spices while being easily removed at the end of cooking - no extra straining required. Make flavorful homemade soups, stocks, spiced cider or mulled wine, sauces, bisques, and purees. 

Fill the finely woven mesh basket with your ingredients, attach the lid, and float the ball in the liquid, imparting all the flavor and none of the bits and bobs. When finished, remove the infuser and set it in the handy drip caddy. 

  • The mesh basket has a 1/2 cup capacity.
