Refund Policy
At Spice Craze®, we want you to shop with complete confidence and we're passionate about providing you with the freshest products, made with the highest quality organic ingredients. We also hope you love the herb and spice-related non-food products that we sell.
That being said, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it easy for you to get a replacement product or discuss a return. In this instance, please note the following:
FOOD PRODUCTS
- Food products cannot be returned. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@spicecraze.com, let us know your issue, and we will do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!
NON-FOOD PRODUCTS
- We do accept the return of non-food items for refund or exchange, with our prior approval. However, no claims will be accepted more than 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.
- If you think you require a return or exchange of a non-food product, email us at info@spicecraze.com, let us know your issue, and we will do our best to make it right. Again, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Non-returnable items include: (a) gift cards; (b) free promotional items; and (c) downloadable software products.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including: (a) a book with obvious signs of use; (b) a DVD or software that has been opened; (c) any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or (d) any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@spicecraze.com.
- With regard to exchanges, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for a replacement product to reach you may vary.
- Though we take great care in packaging each order, damage does occasionally occur during the shipping process. Please report any damaged goods received by immediately emailing us at info@spicecraze.com or calling us at (888) 376-7537.
