Elevate all the chocolatey foods in your life with this non-alkalized, organic cacao powder.  Packed with a rich, unsweetened dark chocolate taste and beneficial nutrients, it is equally as at home in your brownies, chocolates, and Mexican hot cocoa, as in your green superfood smoothies and homemade savory spice rubs.

This product has three recipes on the back of the package:  Fudgy Cacao Brownies; Chocolate Banana Smoothie; and Hot Cocoa.  Yum!  

  • 8 oz. (227 g) Pouch
  • No added sugars, fillers, or fortified ingredients.
  • Contains 49mg of caffeine per serving.
  • Refrigeration not required.  Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Because of a spelling mistake made by English importers when chocolate was becoming popular in the 18th century, the beans are usually called "cocoa" instead of "cacao".

Simply substitute 1:1 in any recipe that calls for unsweetened cocoa powder or Dutch-processed (alkalized) cocoa powder.  Also:

3 tbsp. (T) cacao powder + 1 tbsp. (T) butter or cacao butter = 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
