These cacao nibs are minimally processed and crushed organic cacao beans that are an excellent source of fiber.  The nibs have the deep, slightly bitter taste of unsweetened dark chocolate, with a satisfying crunch.

Snack out of the bag, add to your trail mix, top your smoothies, yogurts, and ice creams, and bake into your cookies and breads.
