Shipping Policy
Spice Craze® currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Our orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Around holidays and times of high demand, order processing time can take up to 5 business days due to the freshly handcrafted nature of our products. We appreciate your patience while we perfect your order.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by our one of our shipping services, either USPS or UPS. These carrier-calculated rates are determined by how quickly you choose to get your items and by the box dimensions and weight of your completed order. We currently offer the following shipping options once your order is ready to ship:
USPS
- 1-2 business days – Priority Mail Express™
- 1-3 business days – Priority Mail®
- 2-8 business days – Parcel Select® Ground
UPS
- 2 business days – UPS 2nd Day Air®
- 1-5 business days – UPS® Ground
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
For our local customers in Hermosa Beach (90254), Manhattan Beach (90266), and Redondo Beach (90277 and 90278), we offer free local delivery once a week on Fridays. This perk is a checkout option if your order is $60.00 or higher (not including Gift Cards) and your items are in-stock.
- Place your order by 12:00pm on Thursday for a Friday delivery.
Please note that if you use an accelerated checkout option other than Shop Pay (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Venmo), or instead of one of the credit card options, "Free Local Delivery" will not show up in your shipping options. This is a function of our shopping cart, not our choice, so feel free to call us at (888) 376-7537 if you're local (Area Codes 90254, 90266, 90277, and 90278) and aren't being given the option in your shopping cart, and we will try to help.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You will receive another automated email once the order has been delivered to your doorstep.
Spice Craze® cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. However, if the shipping carrier advises that your order has been lost, we will ship a new order out to you immediately.
Similarly, if your order arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to us at info@spicecraze.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and send you new products immediately.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELATIONS
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, you can do so up to two (2) hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at (888) 376-7537 so we can make any changes immediately. If the order ships and the changes have not been made, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return.
